Descrição:

Job Function: 

Responsible in attending and handling customer transactions on merchandise return/exchange, SM Advantage Card process, package counter deposited items, pick up counter parcels, gift wrapping items, gift delivery service and Item Left by Customer (ILC). 

Responsibilities:  

  • Operate POS Machine and In-House Software 
  • Record merchandise return and handle customer inquiry 
  • Monitor Inventory of Supplies and Maintenance of Tool 
  • Maintain and Upkeep of Customer Service (CS) Area 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College level with experience
