Descrição:

  • Handling inquiries and providing information to customers regarding airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of airfreight shipments.
  • Assisting customers in booking airfreight shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments in transit.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
  • Ensuring of milestones of events are updated promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality.
  • Keeping customers informed of any delays, changes, or issues affecting their airfreight shipments.

Requisito

  • Min. O Level / Diploma of any discipline
  • At least 2 years to experience in a Freight Forwarding Industry is a MUST
  • Alternate Saturday 
  • Singaporeans Only
