  • Handle customer inquiries, provide back-office support, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service standards.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required or College Graduate.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Good to excellent communication, strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team player.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, possible shifts in a call center.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, patience, and excellent communication skills.
