  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, effective communication, and understanding of sales pipeline processes.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and promote products.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require occasional evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
