- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a knowledgeable understanding of company products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, problem-solving, technical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
