- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Handle feedback and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, regular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
