  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time position, occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
