Descrição:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all communications
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High with at least Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3 months of customer service experience CSE OR CCE preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in customer relationship management software.
- Working Conditions: Onsite
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- CEFR: B2 and up, BAA 26, 40wpm
