Descrição:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in training new representatives and share best practices.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, excellent customer service skills, and strong command of the English language.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, manage sales processes, and resolve issues efficiently.
