Descrição:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via [phone, email, chat, etc.].
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Requisito
- 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- IT background and good in identifying hardware is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Language requirement, English.
