Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and financial literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with customers via phone and email.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
