- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, knowledge of sales pipeline management, and a solid work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
