Descrição:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from insurance and financial clients
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding policies, coverage, and investment products
  • Assist clients with account updates, policy inquiries, and transaction processing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, including FINRA guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in documentation and communication
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Requisito

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 License (Required)
  • Senior High School Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (BPO/Healthcare/Finance an advantage)
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills
