- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, call center operations, and exceptional customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require shift work.
