  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints.
  • Document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets and service level agreements.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
