Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable office environment, potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
