Descrição:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
- Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Requisito
- Min. 1-month BPO experience
- At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
