Descrição:
- Supervise daily customer service operations and team performance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate customer service representatives.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Implement service protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze service metrics and report on team achievements.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional extended hours to meet team goals.
