General Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Installation Coordinator to manage and support the end-to-end installation process. This role provides essential coordination between Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Experience Leads, ensuring all installation schedules are met, documentation is accurate, and customer satisfaction is consistently delivered.


Responsibilities

  • Assign installers to installation orders using Salesforce and Oracle, referencing the approved installer table to dispatch the nearest contracted installer and track case progress through to closure.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation activities to align with customer requirements and service timelines.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding installation schedules, updates, delays, and changes.
  • Monitor installation progress to ensure completion on time and within budget.
  • Generate and send all pending installation and work order documentation via Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Service Operations, and Customer Service to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate installation schedules and updates in Salesforce.
  • Respond to installer inquiries and troubleshoot general issues during installation.
  • Liaise with distribution centers to obtain shipment documentation and photos for product verification.
  • Audit and approve installer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all installation cases are up-to-date.
  • Keep installer contact and shipping information current in Salesforce.
  • Perform various data entry tasks throughout the day.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Process RMA Installation Work Orders, including order creation, logistics coordination, product configuration, and ongoing communication with stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience with Oracle preferred; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is acceptable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
