We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement for our packaging solutions. This role will oversee digital campaigns, content strategy, and data-driven marketing initiatives to support business growth.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote our bottles, jars, and packaging solutions across multiple online platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels, to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Oversee social media marketing, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Lead the development of high-quality, targeted content such as blogs, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials to strengthen brand awareness and authority.
• Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website traffic, improve search rankings, and attract high-intent customers.
• Analyze digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, CRM, and other tracking tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and business goals.
• Manage the company’s website and e-commerce platforms, ensuring an intuitive user experience and up-to-date product listings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to drive innovation.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports, campaign analyses, and ROI assessments to company stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Experience in content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office; experience with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
