Responsibilities- Manage and deliver digital marketing projects end to end without the need of management supervision through effective utilisation of resources
- Efficiently manage marketing operations workflow to enable team and project success - balance accountability and delegation
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving on projects without the need to always engage line manager
- Effective management of small team of marketers - sometimes remotely
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In the situations where satisfaction levels are at-risk, candidate must ensure timely escalation of issues to the management team
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing both marketing peers and key business stakeholders up to Director level with minimal supervision
- Manage a recruitment end-to-end and onboard and train new starters
- Providing induction or skills training to new joiners or other team members
- Sharing of digital marketing concepts/best-practice with wider global marketing team and Group stakeholders
Local requirements
- You have at least 2 years' experience working in a digital marketing role (preferred) or marketing operations role (highly preferred)
- You have a proven track record of mentoring/coaching junior staff
- You are a good communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You have a knack for problem solving
- You have a passion and enthusiasm for digital marketing
- You have good self-awareness and collaborate well in teams
- We will consider your application more favourably if you have one, or more of the following skills or experience:
- Working experience in a B2B marketing environment
- Familiarity and understanding of the Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics experience is a plus)
- Website management via a CMS, with a focus on website optimisation and SEO performance
- Setup and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Experience with a CRM - Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics
- Familiarity with Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Cvent, SurveyMonkey is a plus
