We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on increasing organic engagement, impressions, inquiries, and optimizing paid ads CTR. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media, content creation, and digital advertising to boost our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Management

• Develop and execute content strategies to increase organic engagement and impressions.
• Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor trends to create relevant and engaging content.

Community Engagement & Lead Generation

• Grow and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Implement strategies to increase organic inquiries through compelling content and audience interaction.

Paid Advertising & Performance Optimization

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
• Analyze and optimize CTR (Click-Through Rate) for paid ads to maximize ROI.
• A/B test creatives, ad copy, and targeting to improve campaign performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and report on organic engagement, impressions, inquiries, and ad performance.
• Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or advertising.
• Strong understanding of organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent writing and creative skills for content development.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
