The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role involves executing digital campaigns across various channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts to improve ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and company use marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic.
• Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to generate leads and increase conversions.
• Create, monitor, and analyze social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop high-quality marketing materials, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to improve strategy effectiveness.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
