What You'll Do

As the Director of Technology of Guerilla 360 Integrated Solutions, you'll be the bridge between our clients’ business needs and our technical execution. You’ll:

Lead Discovery & Consulting

• Understand client pain points through consultative sessions.
• Propose tailored solutions: software builds, integrations, staff augmentation, or software reselling.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical designs.

Architect Scalable Systems

• Design systems from the ground up or optimize existing ones through integrations.
• Lead solution architecture, especially API-to-API middleware, microservices, and cloud-native systems.
• Set best practices and standards for scalable, maintainable software design.

Plan Teams & Resources

• Determine the right team composition and skill sets for each project.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery heads to align on timelines and execution.

Support Sales & Proposals

• Partner with business development to draft technical proposals and present solutions.
• Provide estimations, pricing strategies, and act as the “technical closer” in key sales conversations.

Ensure Delivery Continuity

• Serve as the technical escalation point during delivery.
• Oversee that projects align with the original vision and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven software development background – You’ve written code and led builds before leading architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture – Ideally with exposure to integrations, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Client-facing consulting skills – You can translate tech to business, and vice versa.
• Experience leading technical discovery, pre-sales support, and proposal creation
• Strong understanding of resourcing – You know how to structure teams and estimate delivery timelines.
• Experience with API-based integrations, custom middleware, and system orchestration
