The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area to support smooth restaurant operations.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Assist with basic food prep or other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Properly store clean dishes and utensils for easy access by kitchen and serving staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
