This position shall be primarily responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the brands’ online selling activities and establishes its online presence. Manage daily Shopify operations, product setups, and inventory processes, ensure smooth workflows, optimize customer experiences, and implement strategies that drive growth across our multiple B2C and retail platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shopify/Webstore Maintenance & Optimization: Maintain product tags, collections, and shop navigation. Manage product listings, including creation, updates, and SEO optimization.
• Daily Operations: Monitor sales trends, identify potential issues, and ensure smooth business flow. Proactively address product or inventory-related challenges.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and create purchase orders. Collaborate with vendors and track and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Product Creation & Management: Create and maintain retail and wholesale products, including pricing updates, shipping rate adjustments, and removal of outdated listings.
• Customer Experience Improvements: Implement upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendation features to enhance the shopping experience and increase average order value.
• Campaign & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to update banners, set up discounts, and create promotional landing pages.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices to improve e-commerce operations, inventory workflows, and team productivity.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use Shopify, Google Analytics, and related tools to monitor KPIs, analyze data, and suggest improvements for store performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent preferable
• Knowledgeable in B2C E-commerce, merchandising and marketplace management
• Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written
• Strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
