Supervise and manage daily farming activities, including planting, harvesting, fertilizing, irrigation, and livestock care (if applicable).
Develop and implement farm schedules, production plans, and maintenance programs.
Monitor crop and soil conditions, and recommend best practices for optimum yield.
Oversee farm labor, provide direction and training, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and farm inputs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to report farm performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to environmental and government regulations related to farming practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in a farm management or supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of farm operations, crop cultivation, and agricultural equipment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Willing to be based in or relocate to Tanay, Rizal.
