Position: Overseas Operations Intern

1. Provide data-driven insights for market clients and activation teams, and establish reporting and analytical capabilities across the department.

2. Analyze business performance trends, conduct regular market research, transform complex data, and create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.

3. Assist in engaging overseas users, communicate activity details, and provide feedback and drive resolutions for user issues.

4. Support the overseas operations team in improving user conversion rates and expanding into global markets.

1. Prior experience in Web3 or a strong interest in the Web3 field is preferred; strong spoken and written English skills;

2. Attention to detail, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to learn proactively; able to adapt to the fast-paced and high-pressure work environment of an internet company;

3. Data analysis and data-driven capabilities; experience in user operations is a plus;

4. Must be available for at least 5 days a week, with an internship duration of no less than 3 months, and able to start as soon as possible;

5. Proficient in tools such as Excel, PBI, Office, and Figma, with strong data analysis thinking capabilities.
