Descrição:

The Head of Human Resources strategically drives the entire facets of HR in ensuring the operational goal is aligned with the organization’s overall business goals and core values. This includes HR Operations (HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures, HRIS, Employee Records, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, & Union Management), Academy (Training, Engagement & Culture), People Strategy (Talent Management, Organizational Development, Sourcing & Employer Branding) and Administration. The role also serves as the executive advisor to the senior management, providing guidance on people related matters.


Job Responsibilities:

Executive Partnership

  • Partner with the Executives, Board of Directors and Management Committee by providing expert guidance and assistance related to the HR.
  • Present data, reports and analytics as an update for the monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables.
  • Manage the CAPEX and OPEX of the Division.

HR Operations

  • Establish an effective selection process of the talent that is technically and culturally fit for the organization.
  • Plan & execute the HR processes seamlessly in providing an excellent service for the people.
  • Develop, implement and update the HR Policies & Procedures in establishing the base for the employees.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • Spearhead the relationship building & union management (e.g. CBA) to its officers in maintaining a harmonious environment that is beneficial for the company & the union members.
  • Guarantee that the people will receive their payroll timely & accurately.
  • Manage the HR system by maximizing its full potential, usability and process improvement.
  • Ensure that the team will have an organized record keeping in keeping the compliance with the data privacy.
  • Monitor compliance with the government contributions and regulations.
  • Design a benefits program that is promoting fairness, rewards and satisfaction to the people.
  • Strategically build an excellent partnership with the Business Unit through the HR Partnering in providing a good service & guidance.

Academy

  • Design a program for the overall welfare of the employees through training to enhance both technical & soft skills.
  • Create a program for career growth or officer development program in breeding future leaders.
  • Develop modules and curriculum in helping the employee’s growth, learning & readiness.
  • Establish a culture that is aligned with the Vision, Mission & Core Values of the Company.
  • Support and sponsor employee engagement programs that will promote balance and psychological safety.
  • Support the talent management team in creating a program development for the succession planning.

People Strategy

  • Develop a succession program to support the continuity of the operation.
  • Strategically design the organizational structure and its effectiveness in achieving the company goals.
  • Establish a good employer branding both internal & external.
  • Design a career pathing/growth, manage internal movement, and create a safe environment for the employees as part of the company’s success.
  • Ensure that there is an active talent pool both for technical & non-technical in meeting the expected timeline and quality of hires.
  • Develop a sense of Division/Role purpose.

Administration

  • Manage and monitor the administrative support for the employees related to transport, reservations, flights, office supplies and office spaces.
  • Ensure that repairs and cleanliness are being observed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHRM). SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 15++ years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Sprout, Darwinbox or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans.
  • Excellent budget management and financial acumen.
  • With strong moral values.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and senior management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
