  • The Peace Worker plays a crucial role in fostering positive and harmonious relationships between Fertilizer Corp and the surrounding communities. This position focuses on promoting peace, understanding, and sustainable development within the local environment.

    • Requisito

  • * Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Anthropology, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • * Proven experience in community development, conflict resolution, or peacebuilding.
  • * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
  • * Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse communities.
