Descrição:

  • Develops and supervises the implementation of the company's human resources strategy
  • Coordinates with all departments to ensure timely recruitment of employees and trainees.
  • Conducts strategic interview and deliberation with Managers on selecting the best candidate for each specific vacant position.
  • Develop and maintain strategic alliances with the academe for talent sourcing
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Close coordination with department managers for Employee Motivation and Discipline and Employee Retention.
  • Ensures that the HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and communicated appropriately
  • Assists on reviewing Incident Reports submitted by other departments
  • Maintains all personnel files and records (201 and 202) in HRIS
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department to improve effectivity and efficiency on all work processes.
  • Coordinates with Accounting and payroll team to support them for payroll processing and payments
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for performance appraisal.
  • Prepares the bell curve and discuss the results with the Management

Requisito

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate of Behavioral Science or Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or other related course
  • Has at least 5 to 10 years as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Operations or any relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Leadership ability to mentor and motivate a team of HR and Administrative personnel.
  • Strong knowledge in Recruitment and selection strategies with experience in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in administering compensation and benefits plans.
  • Functional understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Maintains the highest level of ethical conduct and confidentiality to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Reports on time to work from Mondays through Saturdays and lives in a reasonable distance from Quezon City.
  • Able to start immediately, after completing all pre-qualification processes
