  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with company goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies to improve employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and performance indicators.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR management experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, compensation and benefits management, talent acquisition strategies, and human resource planning.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee benefits, develop talent acquisition plans, and ensure effective HR operations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, problem-solving mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
