Descrição:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with company goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies to improve employee engagement.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and performance indicators.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, compensation and benefits management, talent acquisition strategies, and human resource planning.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee benefits, develop talent acquisition plans, and ensure effective HR operations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, problem-solving mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
