Descrição:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all departments
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly
  • Plan and coordinate training and development programs
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
