Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in talent management, recruiting, HRIS, payroll, talent acquisition, and people management.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
