  • Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee training and development initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in performance management and conflict resolution

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; standard business hours with some flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, proactive, and a team player.
