Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Requisito

Job Title: HR Operations/Shared Service
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR functions
Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits knowledge; adept in HRIS; excellent written and verbal communication; effective people management; BPO/Shared Services
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee records, assist with payroll processing, coordinate benefits administration, support HR planning, and facilitate effective communication
Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime. Hybrid Set Up. Mid Shift
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality
