Descrição:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Support employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, HRIS, Recruiting, Payroll processing, and People Management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for flexibility in remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
