  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, employer branding, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative hiring campaigns.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with exposure to marketing and sales promotions, retail supermarket and food industry.
