  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist with performance management and evaluations
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, compensation and benefits management, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, performance management capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong written communication skills, excellent people management abilities, empathetic and proactive approach to employee welfare.
