Descrição:

Coordinate and manage onboarding process, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed.
Maintain and update accurate employee records.
Organize, file, and retrieve employee documents as needed, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Help manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist in resolving issues or concerns from employees.
Support the recruitment team as needed or when additional assistance is required, including tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related administrative duties.
Other tasks that may be assigned.

Requisito

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
2 years experience in the related field
Excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of HR Functions
Can start ASAP
