As a Human Resources Staff, you will provide administrative and operational support in all areas of HR, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes related to employee records, recruitment, benefits, and HR compliance.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in HR functions, especially in a retail environment.
- Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
