Descrição:

  • Support recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Help resolve employee queries and issues effectively.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or benefits administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of labor laws.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, support performance management, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and adaptable to changing priorities.
