  • Employee Relations:
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Administering payroll and benefits programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies.
  • Training and Development:

  • Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Performance Management:
  • Supporting performance reviews and goal setting.

Requisito
