Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at El Nido Resorts, located in El Nido. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and payroll, conducting training, and fostering a positive work environment. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments to address staffing needs and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding in a luxury island destination
• Strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Amenable to island living
