Descrição:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitoring and tracking inventory levels. 
  • Ensuring accuracy of inventory records. 
  • Implementing and monitoring inventory control systems. 
  • Coordinating with suppliers for restocking. 
  • Analyzing inventory data and making recommendations for improvements. 
  • Logistics and Supply Chain:
  • Creating purchase orders. 
  • Coordinating deliveries. 
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products. 
  • Understanding warehouse logistics. 
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors. 
  • Problem Solving and Accuracy:
  • Identifying potential shortages. 
  • Resolving inventory discrepancies. 
  • Maintaining stock without variance. 
  • Conducting physical inventory counts. 
  • Other Duties:
  • Training staff on inventory procedures. 
  • Assisting with inventory audits. 
  • Developing inventory management policies and procedures. 


Requisito

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as NetSuite, Fishbowl, and Zoho Inventory.
  • Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
  • Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
