Salary Range: ₱45K - ₱55K

About the Role:

Metacom Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Intake Coordinator with expertise in Asana and project management. If you have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, we want you on our team!

You will work closely with business owners and subject matter experts, ensuring smooth project intake, workflow management, and operational support while leveraging Asana to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Asana & Task Management:

• Manage and optimize tasks, workflows, timelines, and reporting in Asana.
• Ensure seamless project execution and tracking.

Project Coordination & Meetings:

• Act as a meeting facilitator – create/distribute agendas, schedule meetings, document recaps, and assign tasks.
• Maintain status updates and project documentation.
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders.

Operational Support & Documentation:

• Assist in developing internal process documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain and organize Google Drive folders and team reports.
• Support the refinement of operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• At least 2 years of project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Asana and other task management tools
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication for team collaboration
• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) expertise
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
