Descrição:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices.
  • Assist in network connectivity problems and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain an organized ticketing system and document solutions.
  • Educate users on best practices and new technologies.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide assistance with hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and resolve technical problems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require after-hours support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and a team player with a passion for technology.
