Descrição:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network).
  • Provide technical support to end-users via in-person, email, or remote support tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery operations are up to date.
  • Assist in the deployment and updates of software applications.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to connectivity issues.
  • Enforce IT policies, best practices, and standards across the organization.

Requisito

  • With at least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Willing to work in Makati
