  • Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi and ramen.
  • Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, maintain kitchen standards, ensure food safety, and train kitchen staff.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health regulations.
  • Collaborate with staff for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Innovate and create new menu items.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Japanese Chef
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Customer-oriented, self-starter, expertise in sushi and sashimi making, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficient cooking skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts likely.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passionate about Japanese cuisine, strong teamwork, and adaptability.
