2. At least 2.4 years of experience in Java development. Possesses good coding skills and programming standards.

3. Familiar with Spring/SpringBoot/Springcloud frameworks, message middleware such as Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ, and NoSQL databases like Redis/MongoDB/Elasticsearch/SQLPostgres/MySQL, among others. Understands their principles and origins.

4. Knowledgeable in system performance optimization and SQL optimization, with experience in high-concurrency scenarios.

5. Familiar with distributed projects and microservices architecture, with the capability to develop independently within these frameworks.
